These terms apply to updohq.com and to the UpdoHQ booking service. By using them you agree to these terms. If you have a question, email [email protected].

Early access

UpdoHQ is opening to studios gradually. Joining the early access list doesn't guarantee access by a particular date. Features may change as we build, and early access may come with its own terms, which we'll share before you start.

Your account and your content

• Keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• Your bookings, forms, contracts and client information belong to you. You're responsible for having the right to collect and use your clients' information, and for the contracts and terms you agree with your clients.
• We use your content only to provide UpdoHQ to you, as described in our privacy policy.

Payments

Deposits paid by card go to your own Stripe account and are subject to Stripe's terms. E-Transfers go directly to you. UpdoHQ doesn't hold your clients' money and isn't a party to your agreements with your clients.

Acceptable use

Don't use UpdoHQ to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, or interfere with the service or other people's accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep UpdoHQ available and accurate, but it's provided as is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell studios about significant changes.
