Your contract, e-signed

Write your own contract in a friendly editor, or start from ours. The client reads and signs on their phone, gets a signed PDF by email, and can download it from their booking page any time.

Card or e-Transfer deposits

Take deposits by card through your own Stripe account, or by e-Transfer with a reference to match. UpdoHQ takes no cut of your payments.

Deposits set for you

Set a default deposit (a percentage or a fixed amount) and every booking suggests it. Change it for any booking with one tap.

Waivers for the whole party

Add a waiver or consent form and everyone in the party gets their own link to sign. You see who has signed at a glance.

Reminders that chase for you

If a contract isn't signed or a deposit isn't paid, UpdoHQ sends a friendly reminder, so you don't have to.

Know when it’s done

The booking confirms itself once the contract is signed and the deposit is in, and you get an email. No spreadsheet to update.
