Counted, not guessed
Clients use simple plus and minus buttons for each service: bridal hair and makeup, trials, bridesmaids, junior attendants, flower girls, grandmothers. You see "Hair × 6, Makeup × 4", not a paragraph to decode.
Quote requests
Put one link on your website and Instagram. Brides and event clients tell you the date, the venue and exactly how many hair and makeup services they need, and each request lands in UpdoHQ as a booking ready to price.

Wedding party

Ask "wedding or special event?" first, and show bridal sections only to brides. Prom, gala and photoshoot clients see just what applies to them.
Turn on prices and a running estimate so clients see what to expect as they choose. Leave it off and you send the quote yourself; prices never appear on the form.
Questions, hints and sections are yours to write, and the services come from your own catalog and prices. Nothing about the form says it's anyone's but yours.
The request becomes a quote booking with the event date, venue, client details and counted services. Adjust the prices, assign your artists and send the booking page.
Most enquiries come from a phone. The form is built for thumbs: big tap targets, no tiny dropdowns, and a clear thank-you at the end.
We're opening UpdoHQ to hair and makeup studios a few at a time. Join the list and we'll be in touch.
